I’ve always looked for new ways to tell stories. When my daughter was born, I stepped away from the studio for a while.
During that quiet stretch, I began sketching ideas—first for a magazine, then for a perfume brand. I started writing moods, imagining scents.
At first, I saw them as separate projects.
I kept working on the fragrances, visiting a lab in Grasse, France. I wanted them to be grounded in places I knew—and in places I’ve never seen. The idea was to give something physical a twist shaped by imagination. Still, they remain deeply personal. The first four scents tell stories from Italy, where I’m from, and South Korea, my wife’s home.
Three years in, I’m happy with where the work has led. After a long time thinking it through, I’ve decided to bring the perfumes and the magazine under one umbrella.
We’ll move slowly. Starting with samples of Eau de Parfum for you to try at our events, and small scented candles for sale.
