PLAINS OF SERENGETI

Clément Barzucchetti

Plains of Serengeti, the latest personal project by French photographer Clément Barzucchetti, is a love letter in form of images. The series interprets a known subject in a highly personal and peculiar way, and each picture overflows with Clément’s fascination for this unique African land. The southern light, the open horizons, the wide sky, the wildlife. The people, their gestures and their clothing. Everything comes together in a gentle portrait, reminding who is writing – urbanized, connected Europeans – of the beauty of life beyond our metropolitan horizons.

Clément Barzucchetti

Clément Barzucchetti is a 38 years old French photographer based in Paris.

At 20, unsure of what path to take in life, he went on a road-trip to South America with a friend and spent two years travelling around the continent.

It was during this journey, fully immersed in diverse landscapes and cultures, that he got his passion for photography. Fascinated by the unique faces and stories that make up humanity, he developed a distinctive perspective, driven by a deep curiosity for differences and the beauty in diversity.

He now primarily works in fashion but continues to nurture his love for travel photography.
